Thanks for your comment Rocky, I always find the subject of canine nutrition interesting. A good friend of mine has dtudied this subject at length and scrutinized the contents of many of the pop dog foods and in some cases was disappointed with the results. She ended up feeding her 5 dogs the raw diet. Expensive but they have thrived on it. However, depending on who you talk to people seem to have mixed feelings about it. What has been your own personal experience?

How long do I wait to eat or drink after using this?

Hi Manuel, drinking water immediately after is encouraged since Reiki can act as a detox. Therefore drinking plenty of water after a session helps to flush any toxins out. Eating just prior to a session is not encouraged. G
